Nine notes: report lists Vancouver in top spot for tech growth

If it were an elementary school report card, this one would be proudly displayed on the fridge.
Commercial real estate outfit CBRE recently published its Scoring Tech Talent report, a dossier that analyzed the top 50 tech markets in North America. It was a glowing endorsement of our local community, with Vancouver nabbing the eighth spot overall and the top spot for tech job growth.
That was, however, not the only notable takeaway from the document. We caught up with Alain Rivère, vice president of the High Technology Facilities Group at CBRE, to aid us in unpacking what the report means for Vancouver tech.
